Home inspections are used to comb over the home, and determine if there are any red flags. They will check the home’s history, look over the HVAC system, examine the visible foundation for cracks, and just about anything else that is fairly visible. Because every property and inspector is different, what an inspector looks at is difficult to specify.

What Home Inspectors Don’t Cover
As we said the areas an inspector covers varies from person to person, and house to house, but generally speaking an inspector will not look inside of walls, chimneys, septic tanks, or any other non attached structures.
